Most of the letters are between Jonathan M. Steere and Paul D.I. Maier and relate to the Haverford College alumni class fund, referring to the needs of the cricket grounds and paying the cricket coach. Four other letters are from Allen C. Thomas referring to the printing of the Matriculate Catalog and from Isaac Sharpless reponding to Maier's donation for 1896 prizes.
